A system becomes real-like when it can preserve coherence under entropy.
Persistence happens if and only if the repair rate exceeds the entropy accumulation rate.
Collapse happens when entropy plus distortion plus contradiction plus debt exceeds repair capacity plus boundary coherence.
Formal Mathematical Skeleton
The formal mathematical skeleton of the architecture describes how reality updates through time. Reality at the next time step is a transformation of current reality using energy, matter, field, boundary, memory, entropy, mutation, selection, and repair.
The state of any system at a given time is defined by eleven components: energy, matter or material substrate, fields, boundary, relations, constraints or coherence, entropy, mutation, selection, repair, and observer.
The update equation states that the next state equals repair acting on selection acting on mutation acting on the current state plus input minus entropy.
The full reality operation is potential times field times matter times energy times boundary times timing times memory times observer state times relation times constraint times repair, all divided by entropy, noise, drift, and boundary leak.
Why Reality Architecture Exists
Most systems are studied after they already appear. Reality Architecture studies what must happen before a system can appear, persist, remember, repair, observe, symbolize, and scale.
It does not ask only: what is reality made of? It asks: what must reality do to remain coherent?
