Trang Phan is a designer, technologist, and philosopher — the founder of NeuroSyncAI™, Human-Integrated Design™, and Ethical Intelligence™. With over 16 years of global experience in digital transformation and information security across Asia, Australia, and Europe, she specialises in building secure, scalable, and emotionally coherent systems that solve real problems with elegance and precision.

A former McKinsey specialist, Trang applies a strategic and deeply technical lens to complex challenges in software architecture, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Her work merges design, neurobiology, quantum systems, and post-IQ cognition into a coherent body of original science.
